MangaYo is an online store specializing in the sale of manga in Italian and Japanese, action figures, Shonen Jump issues, and other magazines imported directly from Japan.

Founded in 2021 by Luca Molinaro and Matteo Porri, it is a successful venture born from the “creator economy”—businesses launched by content creators (YouTubers, streamers, etc.) leveraging their online reach to jumpstart their companies.

Luca Molinaro, known as Mangaka 96, has been active on YouTube since 2011, consistently producing anime and manga content. His channel documented his journey to becoming an author and publishing his own manga, earning him widespread recognition and affection within the Italian community.

Today, MangaYo is regarded as one of the most prominent players in Italy’s online manga market and has released several exclusive variant covers.
