Volume 42 cover variant exclusive to Barnes and Noble bookstores. Released to celebrate the series’ ending in the US.

To celebrate the end of My Hero Academia, three variant covers were released, each featuring one of the main characters: Midoriya, Bakugo, and Todoroki with each one being exclusive to a specific retailer:
