To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the anime’s debut, an event ran from April 29 to June 30 in Nakano, Japan, where the Nakano sisters (their surname in the series) truly took over the city. They appeared throughout local businesses, creating a festival-like atmosphere centered around the series.

Exclusive merchandise was offered in shops, cafés handed out themed goodies, and even a stamp rally was organized, encouraging visitors to explore various locations.

You certainly can’t say the Japanese lack imagination.
