Tissue cover variant, part of the official merchandise on sale at the “The Quintessential Quintuplets – Exhibition” that was inaugurated in 2019.

Over the years, the exhibition has taken place in various locations, changing the merchandise on sale each time. This cover first appeared at the Niigata exhibition in February 2020, just a few days before the covid-19 outbreak.
