Jump NEXT!

Jump NEXT! (少年ジャンプNEXT!) was a special seasonal spin-off of Weekly Shonen Jump launched on June 2010. Originally it was a proper seasonal magazine, dating its issues by the seasons, but in 2014 it became bimonthly, releasing six issues a year dated by the months.

It is the 3rd iteration of Shueisha’s seasonal magazine, preceded by

• 1985~1996: Weekly Shonen Jump Seasonal Special
• 1996~2010: Akamaru Jump
• 2010~2016: Jump NEXT!

Replaced by Jump GIGA from 2016 onwards

Despite always featuring popular and widely appealing series on the cover, the content mainly consists of one-shots (mainly from newcomer authors), short serials as well as spin-offs and bonus chapters from Weekly Shonen Jump series. It also includes many bonus promotional material from currently running Jump series, such as posters, stickers, folders, and variant covers.
