Jump GIGA

Jump Giga (ジャンプGIGA) is a special seasonal spin-off of Weekly Shonen Jump launched on July 2016. Every year, 4 or 5 issues of this magazine are published, usually coinciding with seasons (Winter, Summer, Autumn, Spring).

It is the 4th iteration of Shueisha’s seasonal magazine, preceded by

• 1985~1996: Weekly Shonen Jump Seasonal Special
• 1996~2010: Akamaru Jump
• 2010~2016: Jump NEXT!
• 2016 onward: Jump GIGA

Despite always featuring popular and widely appealing series on the cover, the content mainly consists of one-shots (mainly from newcomer authors), short serials as well as spin-offs and bonus chapters from Weekly Shonen Jump series. It also always includes A LOT of bonus promotional material from currently running Jump series, such as posters, stickers, folders, and variant covers.
