Tarpaulin Bakugo – Bunbougu cover

From October 4th to November 30th, 2017, a special collaboration between My Hero Academia and Bunbougu Cafè (a cafè combined with a stationery shop) was set in motion.

The campaign, named “My Hero has Come”, involved a unique manga-themed menu and interior decorations, as well as over 300 kinds of limited-edition original goods created for this collab.

3 covers with a design inspired by vintage American comics were produced:

• Midoriya
• Bakugo
• Todoroki

It was an incredible success and one of the first of many, fruitful collaborations between Bunbougu cafè and other manga series in the years to come.
