Vol.3 – Comic Flapper

Even though this magazine is fairly new and Lycoris Recoil is insanely popular in Japan, tracking down variant covers for this series is surprisingly tricky. Why?

First off, what’s truly famous is the anime and everything tied to it. Then there’s the light novel, which was a massive hit.

On top of that, Comic Flapper is a super niche magazine with an incredibly low print run (we’re talking just a few thousand copies per issue) bought almost exclusively by hardcore fans, especially for these special inserts. That’s why the secondary market never really fills up with copies.

N.B: no, you won’t find Ordinary Days or Recovery Days here. They’re light novel variants, and for now, I’m not adding those to the site.
