The Roman-born artist is one of the most beloved cover illustrators on the planet. American comic variant collectors know him very well, not just because he cranks out tons of covers, but because one of his pieces, the Amazing Spider-Man #667 Incentive Variant 1:100 from 2011, is considered one of the rarest modern variants ever made.

A 9.8-graded copy sold in 2025 for $28.800.
