To celebrate the release of Detective Conan n.100 the publisher (Kim Dong) organized a special fan meeting during the AniAni Festival 2022

This cover variant was one of the prizes during the event and was obtainable via raffle or by scratching a specific combination from the scratch card they gave to all participants.
