Yurindo Sunrise Project – Suzaku variant

To mark the 30th anniversary of legendary animation studio Sunrise, the Akihabara branch of Yurindo launched a months-long celebration running from July to September 2007.

The event paid tribute to Sunrise’s iconic titles with special exhibits, autograph sessions with creators, and more. Over the course of six weeks, fans had the chance to collect exclusive covers from three series: Code Geass (2 covers), Votoms (2 covers), and Gundam (2 covers).

Each cover was released one week at a time and only available at one store…and if you consider that, in 2007, Code Geass hadn’t yet become the global phenomenon it is today, you can get a sense of just how rare these covers truly are.
