Stardust Crusaders – Jojo part 3

3rd story arc of the manga series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. Unlike Steel Ball Run (part 7), Jojolion (part 8) or The JoJoLands (part 9) which all started with a new numeration, Stardust Crusaders kept the same progressive numbering. From issue #13 to issue #28.

The arc was serialized for little over 3 years, in the magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from April 1989, to April 1992.

The story follows Joseph Joestar’s grandson Jotaro Kujo, a Japanese high school delinquent who awakens his Stand, Star Platinum. Alongside his grandfather and other Stand-users, they are tasked to go on a journey to Cairo, Egypt, in order to defeat Dio, who is revealed to be alive and seeking revenge on the Joestar family.
