DB x Dr.Slump & Arale – Isetan cover

A collaboration event between Dragon Ball and Dr. Slump & Arale was held at Isetan department store in Shinjuku from May 2nd to May 7th, 2017.

For the occasion, a special exhibition and other activities such as a panel with the voice actresses of Goku and Arale, were organized. In addition, original goods like t-shirts, caps, pins, plates, were up for sale.

The funny part? The cover variant was printed on the event’s leaflet, so on one side you had the catalog of all items up for sale, on the other side the actual cover variant to be folded in any volume of the two series.

Available for free for all visitors, it is one of the few cases of a variant-leaflet ever produced.
