As usual, the magazine included an application form. By cutting it out and mailing it to Kodansha’s editorial office, fans could enter the lottery for a chance to win this exclusive cover.

Very, very, very niche series… but if you’re into it, good luck finding this cover, since almost every other Kodansha lottery variant is incredibly hard to get.
