Vol.25 – EMOD variant

Variant pack given as a bonus to those who purchased the magazine Monthly Shonen Champion n.12, December 2010 at the Circle K Sunkus convenience stores during the campaign period.

The previous month, Worst celebrated its 100th chapter, and the story was at the peak of an epic showdown between two rival gangs.

To mark the occasion, Monthly Shonen Champion launched a mini-campaign with two competing convenience store chains, almost as if reenacting in real life what was happening in the series.

At Circle K Sunkus they released this all-white cover featuring Muneharu Maekawa, leader of EMOD. Meanwhile, at 7-Eleven, they dropped an all-black cover featuring the leader of the rival gang, TFOA – who were about to go all out in battle.

In the manga, TFOA won the fight. But in reality, the cover that everyone is after today is EMOD’s. Let’s call it a draw.
