Vol.1 – Blind pack limited

Limited to 1.000 copies

Volume 1  “Limited” variant included in the Togen Anki Blind Pack.

In 2022, the publisher (Panini – Planet Manga) experimented with a new way of pu(bli)shing a new series: the blind pack, which could include one of three different Volume 1 editions:

• the regular version
• the limited variant (1.000 copies)
• the ultra-limited variant (100 copies)

I’ll refrain from passing judgment, but I imagine the concept behind this experiment was to combine the experience of buying a manga with the thrill of “unpacking” typically associated with collectible card games.
